How to use
Training days: take 3 capsules 15 to 20 minutes before exercise and another 3 capsules after exercise. Remaining days: take 3 capsules twice daily with meals. Follow the product label and do not exceed the recommended intake.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Damaged or soiled items
- Products not in original packaging
- Used or partially consumed nutrition products
- Items returned incomplete
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.
If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
